The middle school at ICS encourages students to take healthy risks in the classroom and strives to create a student centered experience. Hands on learning and discussion based classes are central to what we do. Students often work in groups to learn about teamwork and communication skills.
It is our goal at the middle school level to teach our students 21st century job skills and prepare them for high school and beyond. Middle schools take courses in language arts, social studies, math, science, French, music, art and a rotating selection of elective courses.
